Kaartje is a small app made by Sulejman in the Netherlands. These are the terms for using it. They're short because we don't do anything unusual.

Your licence

• Kaartje comes with a free 14-day trial so you can see if it fits. No account needed.
• When you buy a licence, you pay once and can use Kaartje on the Macs you personally use. All updates to the app are included.
• A licence is for you (or for the person you bought it for). Please don't share, resell or publish licence keys, and don't reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
• If a licence key is clearly being abused — say, hundreds of Macs — we may disable it. We'll always try to talk to you first.

Refunds

Not happy within 30 days of buying? Send an e-mail to [email protected] and you get your money back. No forms, no questions.

Trello

Kaartje works with your own Trello account, and Trello's own terms apply to what you do there. Trello is a trademark of Atlassian Pty Ltd. Kaartje is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Atlassian. If Trello changes its API in a way that breaks Kaartje, we'll do our best to keep up.

What we can promise (and what we can't)

We take care to make Kaartje reliable, and we fix bugs. But software is software: Kaartje is provided as is, without a guarantee that it is free of errors or fits every purpose. If something goes wrong because of Kaartje, our liability is limited to what you paid for it, as far as the law allows. This doesn't take away any rights you have as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.

Changes

We may update these terms now and then, for example when we add features. The date at the top tells you when. If a change matters, we'll say so on the website.

The boring but necessary bit

Dutch law applies. If we ever disagree, we'd rather solve it over e-mail; otherwise the courts of the Netherlands decide.
